What is Permanent Bag Sealing Tape?

Permanent bag sealing tape is a pressure-sensitive tape designed specifically for permanently sealing bags and envelopes. It uses an extremely aggressive adhesive that creates an instant, high-tack bond to materials like plastic, paper, and cardboard. Once applied, the tape cannot be removed without cutting and destroying the bag.

Permanent bag sealing tapes are composed of backing material such as BOPP, PET, HDPE, Aluminum film, PEPA, Glassine Paper or other plastic films topped with hot melt and acrylic adhesive. They often have an easy-release liner that peels off to expose the adhesive. Tapes are available in various widths and thicknesses for different applications.

Types :

There are a few main varieties of permanent type tape:
